Born near London in 1977, she graduated in 1999 BA(hons) in Ceramics and Glass. From 1999-2002 she gained experience at Glassforms workshop (Max Jacquard), then attended the RCA, becoming MA in Ceramics and Glass in 2004, when her kilncast glass won the Bombay Saphire New Designers Prize. Further experience at the Glassblowing Studio (Peter Layton) and teaching preceded acquiring her own workshop in 2007, from where she continues to make kilncast glass sculptures, architectural components and gifts, teach and be widely exhibited, in 2009 at the BIGG exhibition, Ohio, and sold, including Bonhams Auctions, London.
